課程介紹:: This course is an advanced general management degree that offers some additional specialisations. It is designed for early career managers and above. The vision of the Griffith International MBA program is to develop forward thinking and responsible leaders that are internationally aware. The learning goals of this program are as follows: enhance the ability to effectively evaluate and apply management theories and concepts, to develop leadership and strategic capabilities in a local and global context, to develop a high level of effective communication in an organisational environment, advance learning and adoption of sustainable practices in an international context, to develop the capacity to manage multi-stakeholder relationships and develop a higher level of knowledge in a specialised area. Specialisations include: finance, general management, human resource management, information systems, international business, logistics and supply chain management and marketing management.

錄取要求:: Student must hold a bachelors degree in any discipline from a recognised University (or another tertiary education institution of equivalent standing) and have achieved the equivalent of a minimum grade point average of 4.5 (using a 7.0 point scale) and have a minimum of three years relevant equivalent full-time work experience post-degree including two years equivalent full-time in a management or supervisory level position in a business environment; or hold a Graduate Certificate in Business Administration from Griffith University with a minimum grade point average of 4.0 and have a minimum of two years equivalent full-time work experience in a management or supervisory level position in a business environment.
