This course prepares students for operational and supervisory roles in the food and beverage sector of the hospitality industry. It provides both simulated and real industry experience to develop extensive operational, supervisory, teamwork and customer service skills. During the program, students will provide food and beverage services at local festivals, community events and South West TAFE functions. These practical experiences are a feature of TAFE courses so that students are fully employable on graduation.
