課程介紹:: This course is specializing in Commercial Cookery. In this course the students will learn to prepare a range of different foods such as meats, vegetables, dairy foods and desserts. The students will become familiar with many different cookery methods and styles. As a result of undertaking this program allows students to enter the workforce with the skills and knowledge required to work as a qualified chef in a commercial kitchen, leading to a career as a cook in hotels, clubs, restaurants, casinos, cruise ships, island resorts, hospitals, motels, entertainment centres, employee food service centres and catering businesses.

錄取要求:: An overall IELTS score of 5.5 or Completion of Abbey College Australia Intermediate and Upper Intermediate English Course or equivalent recognized test results.
