課程介紹:: This course aims to guide students to become competent leaders or managers in a hospitality operation. It outlines the skills, both practical and theoretical, required to manage an operation. Students will gain valuable skills and knowledge required to be a team leader or supervisor in all sectors of the hospitality industry. Graduates can look forward to a broad array of employment opportunities including working as a food and beverage manager or a café or small restaurant owner or manager.

錄取要求:: Students should have completed year 11, 12, or equivalent, by providing school reports and/or academic records, or completed a qualification from the Australian Qualification Framework at Certificate IV level or higher in a course that was conducted in Australia, or must have a CoE ina a course that leads to a qualification from the Australian Qualification Framework at Certificate IV level or higher, and that they will complete before their main course. Students must be 18 years of age before commencement of AIFE program.
